We stayed here for one night.
We chose this hotel as it's just outside of the ULEZ zone and is a handy 40 min drive away from the F1 experience at the Excel.
The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great.
Only negatives were the bed was uncomfortable (felt like two twins pushed together) and no hairdryer for the wife to use.

I stayed here for a weekend. It advertised free parking. I had a hire car. And when I got home I received 2 parking penaltys. Which were deducted from my credit card via the car hire company without my knowledge, this is a legal thing to do apparently. No one on reception told me that you have to enter your registration number on arrival. A very simple thing to do as part of the check in procedure. If you are not told how would you know. There is a pad on the desk, but I didn't know that is what it was for. A budget hotel cost me dearly. I could have stayed in an expensive hotel with free parking, for what it ended up costing me to stay there. Travelodge said it was in there Ts and Cs that you are responsible for your own parking when I approached them for help afterwards. And that was all the help I got.

I like it because the cost was only £54 a night on the night I wanted to stay, it's 2-3 miles from where I want to be though but can manage that, thanks

The worst hotel we have experienced.
My cousin and her family had come on holiday for the first time to the UK, and their experience with this hotel has upset them very much.
My cousin had originally booked two bedrooms for herself, her partner, mother and two children (the children and 14 and 2 years old). On arrival the hotel had told them that they had double booked and none of the rooms were available for them, despite having pre-booked the rooms online.
They were all restless after having major delays at the airport and just wanted to put their children to sleep, at this point this was early hours of the morning. The hotel put everyone in a temporary room and then the following morning they were moved to a family room. All that was offered was free breakfast. The part which disgusted my cousin and her family the most was that further down from her room there were people smoking what we believed to be weed in their rooms and the entire floor had a bad smell. My cousin had called down to reception to complain and they did not take the complaint seriously. She did not feel comfortable having her children be around this and the only solution from reception was to use an air freshener to mask the smell. The reception staff were denying that there was a smell despite numerous people saying that they could smell it. The staff were not checking where this smell was coming from and said that if they found out people were smoking they would simply fine them £50. We found this to be absolutely appalling and unacceptable. My cousin and her family packed everything and left that same evening.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The ladies korina and Karolina were superb front of house receptionists/waitress’ they both made me feel at home. They helped me with any issue I had with the room and any other query I had whilst I was downstairs.

A really busy hotel on a busy road.
We arrived to groups of people ‘lingering’ outside and didn’t feel safe before we even got inside.
We asked to be in the quieter part of the hotel and were placed on the top floor.
An obvious drug trade ongoing with little effort to hide it, the smell of weed the whole time and keeping one of our group awake.
A female (with a baby in a pushchair) suspiciously filling her buggy with ‘something’ and taking them back to the hotel repeatedly, presumably in full view of staff who were powerless to do anything other than call the police.
An arrest took place in the early hours of the morning.
Not a place I would stay again and absolutely would avoid with children.

Nightmare rush hour to get in and out .
Seems to be lots of guests/residents with dogs,and half the walking dead sharing the buffet breakfast area!!!
Like most hotels,being used by god knows who or what now

This hotel was really disappointing. First the receptionist was not welcoming or friendly. Secondly, no hot water. You have to wait hours to finally have to use wash cloth. The room was leaking water, they changed rooms for us and that bathroom was leaking as well. After several complaints, they decided to give us an entire new room with twin beds and that was when our worse nightmare happened. Sleeping around 11pm, my sister felt something crawling on her, when she turn the light on, it was bedbugs. This is unacceptable. All we could get was " we'll put you in a different room and maybe they're in every room. We're sorry". What a shame. Poor customer service and entire hotel needs fumigation. Worst experience ever.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Delia. We loved Happy Hour! Food was very good too. Room was very good with nice bed. Easy to park with large car park.
